We "finally" let the kids go to the arcade at our hotel

The sign says it all

It's cool the way the Tree of Life appears as you cross over the walkway bridge

Again...all the off the beaten path stuff is what makes Disney so fun

We spent the day at the Animal Kingdom. There were lots of things that we didn't do in 2007, like the Kilimanjaro Safari ride. The park was very crowded! When we went to ask a worker why the fast passes were already gone so early for the Expedition Everest ride - he said that there's a limited number and once they're gone that's it. Luckily, he had several fast passes in his pocket and gave them to us. We were trying not to let the crowds bother us by doing things other than the popular thrill rides, but running out of Fast Passes for the day by noon is ridiculous.

We finished off the day with a swim at the Animal Kingdom lodge while we passed time until our dinner reservation at the Boma restaurant in the lodge. The grounds and the lodge are so neat and the dinner was fabulous! Everyone always raves about dinner at Boma. The African influenced foods and flavoring are such a delicious experience. All the different parks with the variety of theming is so cool. It's like you're in a different world with each one.
