Seagrove Beach (Part 3)

Enjoying ice cream in Seaside

Climbing trees in one of the Seaside parks

Being silly on the Seaside boardwalk. Adam wasn't happy because he wanted to be in the puppy slot on the bottom left.

Now he's happy

We rented some bikes for the week and enjoyed taking family rides to the surrounding areas. On most days the weather was overcast and cooler before the sun broke through in the afternoon. We didn't mind that at all. When it's sunny in the morning there's pressure to be on the beach as soon as possible. It was nice to feel that we could do other things in the morning. The idyllic town of Seaside is next to Seagrove where we stayed and there are nice bike paths that you can take to get there. We rode by the house where we stayed in Seaside when Derek was 1. It's hard to believe that was 8 years ago. It's nice that Seaside is still so accessible. It seems that a lot of the newer developments are gated and not inviting to people that don't live there.
